Competitive Analysis — Part 1
In a Nutshell
Competitive Analysis is about checking out what competitors doing at the moment. While it can be conducted right after a Stakeholder Interview, ideally, you should do some UX research (e.g. User Interviews) before starting this analysis, so you can evaluate what you find and look for good patterns and solutions knowing what the users’ context is, what their problems are.
This Knowledge Base Sketch only covers the preliminary steps, to be continued next week. :)
